A photographer is someone who takes pictures. It’s as simple as that. We don’t need any gatekeepers. Shoot with an iPhone, large format film, your family’s Canon T3i, in manual or auto, or whatever you want. Just have fun, because that’s all that matters.
I mindf*cked a theatre full of people on Saturday. 1200 people walking around this week with a drastically different worldview. They likely quit their jobs and bought one way tickets somewhere to sit. That's why I tend to do smaller shows where my thoughts digest a little easier.
