First round of the Angola Sectional: Lakewood Park 2, Fremont 3. Came down to #2 singles, and a 3 set match. Wednesday: Angola vs Fremont, Dekalb vs Prairie Heights. 5 pm

First round of sectionals Tuesday evening: Fremont vs Lakewood Park. Winner plays Angola on Wed. Top bracket: Dekalb vs PH. All matches scheduled for 5 pm.

NECC All-Conference: Angola’s Elina Locane, runner-up at #1 singles. Brea Harris, Champion at #3 singles. Team finished 2nd in regular season and the tournament. Sectionals begin Tuesday.
