I fall in this category and am very lucky that I work in a supportive practice that fully understands what happens when I have a flare or issue. However I know that not everyone is as lucky- so it’s really important to know your rights and who can assist when an issue occurs.

@Staples1955 All that proves is the current government don’t understand the terminology or how general practice works. But all the best with hoping this all works out
New GP walk-in clinic treats 183 patients in five weeks- as expected, a monumental waste of money that would’ve been better invested in core services. Absolutely shameful and another example that this was just an attempt to secure votes https://t.co/RmAJXpTHLf

Whatever your thoughts on the decision- it is clear tonight that no MSP made their decision lightly. All decisions were well considered and that is all we can hope for from elected officials. We need to prioritise better palliative care funding treatments and research.
Such a travesty that patients are more unwell on long waiting lists and resident doctors are crying out for speciality training. These bottle necks in training progression must desperately be sorted- otherwise we are losing a talented generation to abroad https://t.co/1Q5TE3x0ku
