The NFL has a QB problem that started in the NCAA, but it’s a coaching solution in the NFL

The college game is incredibly different with RPOs and wider hashes (makes the wide side even wider for more horizontal running and play development), so QBs are trained to make reads and throws in that system

It’s the coaching staff’s job to develop the QB and draw up the plays that work. A good HC or OC is the solution to fixing the QBs coming out of college right now

We haven’t seen an NFL season with constant upsets and underdogs like this in a while. A lot of star players stayed with their teams, but coaching changes for the Bears, Jags, Pats, (possibly the Saints?) made an immediate impact

We have to stop expecting rookie QBs to make a day 1 impact, Kellen Moore and Tyler Shough has showed that
