A valid preservation notice was sent December 20, 2024. It’s valid until the litigation ends, parties agree or a court limits/modifies the obligation.

The restraining order granted against 2 plaintiffs (Nik & Hong) does NOT mean that your preservation obligations disappear. It also doesn’t mean that previously relevant evidence could simply be destroyed.

Preservation obligations and “everything was destroyed long ago” usually don’t belong in the same sentence. Especially after litigation was already underway.

4-year-old Daleza Fregoso has been abducted and is believed to be in extreme danger. Authorities believe the suspect may attempt to flee into Mexico. This alert needs immediate nationwide and international awareness, especially in California border regions, Baja California, Tijuana, San Ysidro, border crossings, transportation hubs, truck stops, hotels, and travel corridors.

Daleza was last seen in Los Angeles, California on May 24, 2026.

Authorities say she was taken by her father, 40-year-old Ruben Fregoso, who is considered armed and dangerous and is the prime person of interest in the violent murder of Daleza’s mother.

The pair was last seen around 4:00 AM in the West Adams area of Los Angeles. Their white 2019 Land Rover Discovery was later found abandoned near the San Ysidro U.S.-Mexico border crossing.

💔 A little girl’s life may depend on someone recognizing them and speaking up.
