If you ever find an inappropriate player on Roblox and want to get them banned, here’s an almost guaranteed way to do so:
1) If you’re not in an EU country, use a VPN to connect to an EU location.
2) Go to this link: https://t.co/m1XkMEdGrP and file a DSA report. Why this specific form? Because it is much more aggressively moderated than the regular support form. Roblox is legally required to take action against DSA reports quickly, otherwise they would face huge compliance files.
3) In the DSA report, make sure to select the appropriate option (e.g. child sexual exploitation) and link the Roblox profile.
4) This part is important. Make sure to actually go ahead and EXPLAIN what’s wrong with the user (some examples: endangers minors by having _ in the username/bio, endangers minors by having an NSFW avatar, etc.) ALSO make sure to say something like “this user should be banned from the platform.” You can also use an AI model to write/polish it for you if you’re lazy.
5) Once the report is submitted, it will be reviewed quickly, since as I said earlier, Roblox is legally required to take quick actions against DSA reports. Sometimes it will be reviewed by an AI which is why you have to make things as clear and honest as possible so the AI will actually take action. However a lot of the time you should hopefully be getting a human reviewer which makes things a lot easier.
If you’ve done everything correctly, the user should be banned more than 90% of the time! Make sure to like and retweet since this could genuinely save a child from harm. Also dropping a follow would be appreciated :>
I’m in contact with the team at Roblox who did this.
They’re getting their pizza party. 🍕
They also said they’re going to add individual voice chat sliders for each player in a server.
So you can control the volume of each player individually.
There’s currently a Roblox security exploit that is targeting a large number of legitimate content creators and players on the platform.
Right now, a specific bad actor on Twitter (attached screenshots in replies for evidence) is actively abusing the European Union Digital Services Act (DSA) reporting form to force-reset user accounts. The exploit specifically targets any username that contains the suffix "YT", which includes my own Roblox account TallCowYT (I want my username back…) They’ve been targetting a lot of people who have YT in their username, such as those in the star program, people with verified checkmarks, game developers, content creators, limited holders, and ordinary users just to cause trouble.
How the vulnerability is currently being executed:
1. The bad actor/actors use a VPN to mimic an EU location so the specialized DSA reporting options become visible to them.
2. They select severe, fast-track reporting categories (like child endangerment or severe legal violations) and falsely argue that the "YT" suffix is an unregulated redirect forcing minors to off-site platforms.
3. Because the DSA requires swift action under threat of massive compliance fines, Roblox’s automated sorting filters appear to be erring on the side of caution. The bots scan the target name, detect the literal "YT" string matching the complaint, and immediately issue an "Inappropriate Username" strike which force-resetting the victim to a generic Roblox username reset as well as them losing their user.
4. Once the name is reset, they may use an automated script to immediately claim or flip the freed username.
Here’s some suggested patches/fixes for this vulnerability that Roblox could possibly implement:
1. Implement stricter backend validation checks on the DSA form to verify genuine EU user sessions.
2. Add an automated filter exception that protects accounts if they have ID verified or have matching YouTube/Twitch social links bound directly to their Roblox profile metadata.
3. Prevent usernames force-reset by DSA reports from entering the public availability pool until a human administrator completes a manual review.
4. Whitelist the “YT” suffix in Roblox usernames since this has been a problem for years!! (And give everyone an option to restore their usernames)
If anyone at Roblox could fix this problem and/or help me get my username back then I would really appreciate it!! (I’ve had it since 2023 and it’s tied to a whole year of etoh webhooks and much more…)
Please like and retweet to spread awareness!!

To all #Roblox Developers, please listen.
If you are a big or a small developer, please start a business to the side of your current Roblox business.
Most people don't realise this but Roblox can terminate your account for any reason tomorrow and you can't do anything about it.
With Roblox's current state, I would highly recommend getting in different businesses to the side of it since I hear more and more stories about people losing everything due to false Roblox moderations.
Please, Be smart & Stay safe.

It really feels like this was a lie.
“R6 avatars aren’t going away,” but we’re going to pay developers more if they don’t use them.
“2D clothing isn’t going away,” but we’re going to make it so unprofitable that nobody makes them.
- Trading servers are dead.
- AFK servers are dead.
- Persistent roleplay servers are dead.
- Community hub servers are dead.
- Friends can't share servers.
Roblox REALLY wants those Roblox Plus sales and are clearly willing to sacrifice established parts of Roblox to get it.
