On 15th July 2006, after a few days' voyage from Le Havre, Nomadic (#Titanic's Tender) arrived in Belfast. She is now next to Titanic Belfast and open to the public.

On 4th July 2010, Gloria Stuart, who played the elderly Rose in #Titanic (1997), celebrated her 100th birthday in the presence of her family and some of the Titanic movie crew (James Cameron, Suzy Amis & Frances Fisher) at the ACE gallery in Beverly Hills.
6th July 1912, on leaving New York, Olympic (#Titanic's sister) can no longer steer and ran aground on a mud bank off Ellis Island. The ship managed to free itself and was then towed to deep water for repairs. After a delay (± 90 minutes), she resumed her journey to Southampton.
On 2nd July 1914, White Star Line announced that Britannic (#Titanic's sister) would make her Maiden Voyage in the spring of 1915. But the ship never made a commercial career and was requisitioned, in November 1915, by the British Admiralty as a hospital ship during the war.
On 4th July 1911, Olympic's (#Titanic's sister) return crossing nears its end. First stop: Plymouth. Some passengers disembark, along with mail, transferred to shore by small boats.

@MeriaRmsTitanic Fun fact: during her brief lifetime, Titanic's propellers were never recorded or photographed. All photos of the propellers reported to be of Titanic were from her sister-ship, Olympic, taken during her outfit, to show the scale of what became the Olympic Class Ships.
During an expedition to the wreck of the #Titanic, between 30th June and 16th July 1991, photographer Emory Kristof took a picture of the ship's starboard propeller from one of the Mir submersibles.

On 28th June 1911, the White Star Line ordered the third and last ship of the Olympic Class from the Harland & Wolff shipyards in #Belfast. The keel of the future Britannic (keel number 433) would be laid in a few months.
Her sister ships are the Olympic and the #Titanic.
28th June 1911, after 1 week in New York, Olympic (#Titanic's sister) left Pier 59 for her eastbound crossing, the return of her Maiden Voyage, with about 2300 passengers on board. ± 10,000 people attended the departure. Her port of calls were Plymouth, Cherbourg & Southampton.
29th June 1911, Olympic (#Titanic's sister) continues her North Atlantic crossing to Southampton.

23rd June 1911, it's the 1st open day for Olympic (#Titanic's sister). New Yorkers will be able to discover the inside of this giant. Admission fee was 50 cents and the money raised was donated to the Seamen's Charities.
21st June 1911, after crossing the Atlantic Ocean, in 5 days, 16 hours et 42 minutes, Olympic (#Titanic's sister) completes its Maiden Voyage and arrives in New York.
