So that’s not actually Mute freezing your funds

It’s you using multiple other providers through Mute interface in 1 button for ease of use

Which if those providers request kyc, that’s your choice to go thru the standard cheapest mode which relies on 3rd party providers to get u the cheapest rate possible

That’s why just use Whisper mode

I’ve done well over 200 transactions on whisper mode and never been frozen

This is an issue of not reading what u click and selectively choosing the cheaper high risk option that literally says there’s 3rd party high risk you’re going thru if you use that mode to get the cheapest price, instead of privacy and safety for a little extra

This is if you use standard mode which is like Trocador or any other place that routes you thru CEX options. Its there for someone if they want cheaper option but with the risk of going thru those centralized options that could request kyc

But if you use (whisper mode) that cant happen
