It’s extremely important to train your crossover run! I believe DBs make more of these breaks than pedal breaks.

- Front shoulder down and open
- Chin tucked
- Hips at 45° upfield

Need to train right-way (the way you’re open) and wrong-way breaks!

A drill that focuses on the transition from pursuit to proper tackling posture. Can go straight downhill or 45° downhill.
