Silicon & Thermal Architecture
At the heart of the iPhone 18 Pro series is the new A20 Pro SoC, built on TSMC’s cutting-edge 2nm process node. Utilizing Wafer-Level Multi-Chip Module (WMCM) packaging, Apple has integrated 12GB of unified RAM directly onto the silicon wafer alongside the CPU and GPU dies. This architecture delivers up to an 18% boost in processing throughput, expands cache allocations for local LLM execution, and reduces overall thermal energy loss by nearly 30%.

Optical & Camera Pipeline
The camera hardware moves away from static optics in favor of a physical mechanical variable aperture ($F/1.4$ to $F/4.0$) on the primary 48MP main sensor. This allows true hardware-level depth of field control and physical light adjustments without relying on digital post-processing blur. The rear housing features a complete 48MP sensor array (Main, Ultrawide, and Periscope Telephoto), driving zero-loss computational pipeline processing across all focal lengths.

Baseband & Wireless Integration
Qualcomm basebands have been replaced by Apple’s in-house custom C2 5G modem. The C2 chip handles high-speed cellular processing at significantly lower power draw and integrates 5G satellite data communications directly into the primary baseband processor.

Display, Power & Build Specifications

· Displays: 6.3" (Pro) and 6.9" (Pro Max) LTPO+ OLED panels reaching peak brightness levels of 3,000+ nits, paired with a 35% reduced Dynamic Island cutout.

· Batteries: A 5,567 mAh cell powers the Pro Max, while the Pro model houses a 4,288 mAh battery.

· Finishes: Dark Cherry, Sky Blue, Silver, and Dark Grey.

The iPhone Ultra (Book-Style Foldable)
Apple's first foldable device features a 7.8-inch inner LTPO+ OLED screen and a 5.4-inch cover screen, housed in a titanium chassis measuring 4.5mm open and 9mm closed. It utilizes a liquid metal hinge mechanism for crease minimization, power-button Touch ID, dual 48MP optics, and the 2nm A20 Pro chip.

There is something deeply ironic about seeing a member of the ANP (Awami National Party) thank Jinnah for the partition of India and for founding Pakistan on the basis of Islam, while at the same time claiming to be a committed follower of Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan and the Khudai Khidmatgar movement.

It is difficult not to feel disappointed when a movement once known for its secular, progressive, and leftist ideals ends up echoing narratives that closely resemble official Pak Studies propaganda. Perhaps that is one reason why figures like Asfandyar Wali Khan have remained away from active politics for so long and why several other prominent leaders have chosen to part ways with the party.
