@airtelindia what kind of customer support u r providing? You are giving us option to re schedule, but you yourself are cancelling and rescheduling as per availability. Upon calling technician, he is telling he is wrongly assigned. Please look into it asap.

From 2 days i am continuously calling customer support. They are telling that i will receive a resolution within 24 hours but all i am getting a useless rescheduling message with no closure.

@IGPcom I ordered a cake(#8457394) which didn’t got delivered and is marked as delivered in website. Upon calling support, they are saying that delivery was attempted. I didn’t get a single call from IGP. Please look into it. Such bad customer service is not expected.
