#MyReport I "When the accident occurred, and I got up, there was nobody. I was feeling very helpless as nobody was there in the middle of that jungle to help us," says Advik's mother @shradhatripathi (via @QuintMyReport)

I booked an AC service on 30/4/2026 for my Samsung split AC with booking ref. 8080786944. I was informed that a technician would visit within next 24 to 48 hrs.
Despite multiple phone calls & follow-ups every day no tech.arrived and I received no proactive update.
During my follow-ups I was told“a technician would call you " but I did not receive any further communication.
This lack of service and communication is very inconvenient.

We thank Sh. G. Kamala Vardhana Rao ji, DG, Ministry of Tourism, for meeting with @rishtri and discussing ways in which adventure tourism can be made safer. @rishtri lost his 12-year-old son Advik due to the negligence of paragliding operators in Bir.

Thanks @MirrorNow & @deekshay_ for running this story (in the middle of elections) !!
Hoping & praying for some real changes - where adventure sports in India actually become safe. That is what our Advik would have wanted.
