@EurekaForbes i have been repeatedly calling your customer service agency since 26.08. 2025. I have booked a service request 3 times from the Eureka Forbes app on 25.08. 2025, 26.08. 2025 and 28.08.2025 but I have received no service. My complaint Number is CN-280825-57886878
@EurekaForbes I have already shared my AMC details and complaint ID multiple times via calls and emails.8+ days without resolution is unprofessional. Provide a public timeline for technician visit & resolution. I will have to proceed with National Consumer Helpline.
@EurekaForbes This is unacceptable and I am going to lodge a complaint regarding this issue in the consumer forum. That I was made to purchase an AMC plan by paying extra but when i need service neither the technician is responding and I have had to deal with untrained customer service.
