@happyeasygo Hi Its been more than 90 days my refund has not been initated and as per your policy if not initated by 90 days you are responsible for refund. Kindly note i am moving forward with legal action against your company. Because of you i have suffered enough mentally.

It's been almost two months and I haven't received my refund, Spicejet also confirmed that the Refund was processed 2 months back. Despite following up with you through multiple mails and getting no response I am forced to post this on Social media.
