They literally refused to give me a phone number because they’re paperless.

Buys to return, extended family all using the card. 10% margins means Costco is giving the best possible price they can. It also helps reduce theft when people pay the membership fee. Sharing the card voids all this

Was seriously considering @Zoom Phone to replace our landline for my wife’s small business. AI chat routed me to a live sales agent, who took 3-5+ minutes per response. Over an hour for basic questions? No one has time for that. How is this the experience for potential customers?
