First-aider Rhys from Asda Crewe has been thanked by a customer for his "thoughtful and thorough treatment" after he cut his thumb on the boot of his car. The gentleman wrote to the store to say: "Because of Rhys' prompt assessment of the situation and his excellent first aid knowledge it made the whole situation much less traumatic than it could have been."
