@tarunsmehta @atherenergy I chose Ather over Ola, trusting promises of reliable service & a smooth software experience. Unfortunately, it feels like I made the wrong choice. The phrase "I bought an Ather, but got an Ola" unfortunately captures my experience too well.

🔹 Non-Operational Service Center (May 2025):
Visited the Varanasi service center on Saturday, 24th May at 1:30 PM, only to find it locked. Locals told me the center opens just 2-3 days a month for a couple of hours.

The scooter delivers 15 km less than displayed. Service center is clueless, and no diagnostic help is provided.

A basic brake lever broke. It's been over 1.5 months, and the part is still not available. No technician, no spare parts, no clarity—nothing.

🔹 Charging Issue & Lock Mechanism Disabled (Feb 2025):
Scooter wouldn’t charge, so Ather's Service center technician disabled charging port lock to bypass the issue—leaving it vulnerable to theft. They’ve since promised a software update to fix it. Nothing has come.
