My bus @nationalexpress was cancelled on 7th Oct 24 from Gatwick to London Victoria and this information was given to me after waiting at the Gatwick airport for more than 40 mins.

On another event my return bus was also delayed by 45 mins and there was no proper tracking of the bus. This is still okay but the above incident isn’t. I demand a partial refund for my troubles.

My flight from Istanbul to Mumbai was cancelled without any prior notice on the 1st of November 2023 and on reaching Istanbul no help was provided by @IndiGo6E. The airport staff however helped us book another flight for 3rd November 2023 via Delhi for Mumbai

This is surprising as other passengers with me also boarded the flight to Mumbai via Delhi but their compensation was accepted. I have tried contacting @IndiGo6E via mail stating proofs of others receiving mails where compensation was accepted

@goairlinesindia I tried cancelling way before my scheduled date yet I hadn’t received a response from you’ll. As a customer I’ve done my duty, Dont u feel u should do your end of the deal? About the refund, I would have understood if I would have delayed it from my end but this is unacceptable.

@makemytripcare I completely understand this but my travel date is 26th april and hence i was so persistent on getting thus issue resolved before 24hours which is not happening in this case!
