@FalconUpdatesHQ I am owning a xev 9e and I have faced the same issue. Also if you get charger somewhere and you been very lucky that it starts charging, but after sometime it stops charging and gives charging error.

@ola_supports I checked in my mailbox and this is the only email I have received from Ola. Please refer the attached screenshot. Also can you post the details here on what exactly was the issue?

Really bad experience with @Olacabs today. The auto driver stopped at a different location claiming that was the destination on his app. I told him my actual destination is the one in the app and I’m ready to continue and pay whatever extra fare the app shows.
He refused to go by the app and said either pay by meter or get down there. I had no option but to pay and exit midway.
Also shocking that Ola has no immediate helpline/support during such situations. Never taking ola again @Olacabs

Related to this they are doing another scam, just reaching at location, they are cancelling the booking and then asking customer to pay by meter and if customer denies then they will threaten customer saying how can you cancel ride at last minute and they know Ola doesn’t have customer support for this.

Thanks for responding but the damage is already done. Please have ongoing ride support, so that such instances can be avoided. Ultimately i have to pay double amount to reach my destination and have to face so many difficulties and waste of time during my ride just because I booked Ola.

Critical service apps like @Olacabs removing human call center support and replacing it entirely with AI chatbots is a worrying trend.
When users face real issues during a ride, a chatbot cannot resolve urgent or safety related problems. Access to immediate human support should be mandatory.

Nowadays, bike and car tyre's seem to get punctured more frequently. And when we go to a puncture shop, they often say there are 3-4 punctures in the tyre. Is this just coincidence or some kind of a scam ? Is anyone else facing the same issue?

@hvgoenka @hvgoenka Sir if you want to see how openly police officers are taking bribes, then you should definitely travel to goa from Maharashtra by road. On state exit police officers are taking travellers to ATM and asking them to withdraw money. You will be amazed to see long queues.

@m_libin @DeepikaBhardwaj @StarHealthIns Actually Policy was for my grandmother and we lost her during treatment, sad part is insurance company didn’t even paid the claim amount and stop responding to hospital emails.After her demise hospital refused to give body until and unless complete amount is paid.
