I guess it is one way of boosting profits - to take money from customer for nothing. But this is not the Indigo experience I remember from the past.

@IndiGo6E you charge almost 10% of ticket price for so called fast forward. You take away the priority luggage delivery without telling us (continue to advertise it on your website). Complete mess at boarding gate - and you have to fight the gate staff for priority boarding.

I have never seen a fast forward line marked at any of your boarding gates, and only once (out of multiple flights in the last year) has it even been announced at the gate. Unless i ask the gate staff and insist that i should get what I paid for they are happy to let it slide.

All very well to say. But when I booked the ticket fast forward included luggage priority. You then took it away without informing me. Until 18th December it was showing on your website. Your are simply exploiting customers because you can since you are now dominant in the market

1/ nothing in there that all other teams don’t do - including Wales in that game
2/ the footage of the bench berating 4th ref is actually welsh team and coach
3/ Juergen was a master cheat and diver himself so a bit rich
