Thanks for that feedback! That's actually on the 'task list' for me to provide a comprehensive walkthrough demo. I'm even considering making a basic game and using it side by side to show all the concepts. I agree this is a must!

I have a rather interesting idea for "phone" sync, it would rely on git pulls but I did test a proof of concept and it has merit

It's a in-editor complete task management system hosted right inside Unity with JSON based data model so it's source control friendly. It's 100% UI Toolkit so you get buttery smooth visuals and dynamic layouts... kanban, gantt, etc, but my favorite thing (that took the longest) was the fact that the tasks can nest infinitely and the progress tree's up to the parents, which just makes so much sense for game dev since you don't know how complicated something is going to be until you get into it, and suddenly you realize you need to split it up ten ways. Now that's no problem at all!
