Software industry has hundreds of roles,
I’m just aware of web development.

There are many like tool based, tech stack based jobs.

How do people get into tool based as a fresher ?
Is campus placement the only way for them ?

What is the best/available way for a fresh graduate software engineer to get a job in current market ?

I got my job through campus placement, I struggled to get job even before getting the joining date. It is still the same after 15 yrs it may be not.

@SantoshYadavDev I have worked in few fin techs, I had the best time. In one company had a hard working tech lead and in other had a grt manager who defended the teams deliverables.

It might depend on the project and people involved.

Today’s the announcement date for IKEA layoff. Each individual would know this week from today.

I got my status.

I’m happy to announce I’m continuing in my role.

I will not forget the uncertainty of the job. This post is the reminder of that.
