Left a note ensuring that the delivery agent would have all my contact information. Delivery agent stopped by and left a door tag RIGHT NEXT TO MY NOTE and delayed the delivery. After having specifically stayed home to ensure that this does not occur. Very frustrating @FedEx

Awful experience this morning with @FedEx Express shipping. Paid extra to ensure that important documents were shipped overnight and thought signing up for delivery updates via email and text messages along with refreshing the tracking page every few mins would ensure that.
