$SHROWD is the token of SHROWD, the sealed crossing exchange for block-size spot orders on Solana.
SHROWD is not MEV protection.
MEV protection hides a transaction until it lands. Then its price and size are public.
On SHROWD the order itself stays sealed.
Your browser encrypts the limit price and the size. At each batch lock, Arcium MPC compares the sealed orders, and only matching orders cross. Each fill settles both legs in one transaction.
An order that does not fill keeps its terms sealed.
Bots, market makers and the SHROWD operator see what everyone sees: a public reserve in escrow and ciphertext.
Not a sandwich filter.
A venue where your limit price and size stay sealed until they cross.
Deposit $SHROWD in the distribution program.
Your share of the service fee from every filled cross accrues by amount and time.

@Rexxie_XvX it starts right here: send market requests and questions in the replies, and every receipt and tx goes up on this account and https://t.co/256TNNnKkO.
The upgrade is live.
Holder rewards on SHROWD now run on a one-hour period.
The first period closes in minutes, and every hour after that, the fee from every filled cross is split on chain.

Holder rewards on SHROWD now settle every hour.
The distribution period was one week. It is now one hour, counted in slots, set on chain in one transaction:
https://t.co/ppFqAEQZcA
Each hour, one distribution transaction closes the period.
Outside costs and the 10% reserve come off, then 40% of what is distributable goes to the holder vault.
Deposit weight is still amount times slots.
A deposit counts from the first hour that starts after it lands.
The first hourly period took in 8,864 lamports in fees and closed before any deposit counted.
Its holder share, 3,191 lamports, carries into the next period for depositors.
First hourly close:

$SHROWD has migrated.
And here is the news we have wanted to share since day one:
holder rewards on SHROWD are moving from weekly to every hour.
Deposit $SHROWD in the distribution program, and your share of the 0.10% fee from every filled cross settles each hour, on chain.
The upgrade is in rehearsal now. Every transaction goes up here when it lands.

SHROWD charges for one thing: a fill.
The service fee is 0.10% of filled notional, 0.05% from each side, taken from the settlement proceeds in SOL.
Submitting costs no service fee, and neither do unfilled, cancelled, expired or refused orders.
Network fees and account rent are separate and shown in your wallet, and the rent comes back when the escrow closes.
We earn when your order actually crosses.
That points our incentive at the same place as yours.
The fee vault behind holder deposits and the dev-wallet buy fills at the pace real fills arrive.
Priced for size: next to the price impact a thin pool's curve would take from the same block, the fee reads small.
Selling a large memecoin position has meant choosing how to lose.
Push it through a thin pool and the curve takes its cut on the way down.
Split it over hours and every slice tells the market what is coming.
SHROWD gives the seller a third way.
Post a sealed sell with a limit price.
Reserve the tokens in escrow.
Let the batch find buyers who sealed bids at or above it.
One clearing price.
The remainder carries or refunds as you chose.
The chart learns about it at settlement.
If you have ever watched your own sell order become the signal, this is the room we made for you.

A block fills as far as the other side goes.
When a sealed buy and a sealed sell meet on price, the batch fills the size they share, and only that size moves.
You wanted ten. The other side had six.
Six settle in one transaction.
The other four stay yours, sealed, carried or refunded as you chose.
Your receipt shows the filled size.
My orders shows the remainder, decrypted in your browser.
Outside your browser, that remainder is a ciphertext and a reserve in escrow.
Choose carry and it is already waiting in the next batch, with no cancel and resubmit to chase a match.
Every sealed order has a way home.
Before you sign, pick what an unfilled remainder does.
Carry: it stays sealed into the next batch until it fills, you cancel, or it expires.
Refund: it comes back to you after this batch.
Cancel while the batch is open.
Refund after the expiry slot.
A batch that misses its timeout can be timed out by anyone, and every order inside becomes refundable in full.
The matching program has no route to a public pool.
A remainder is in the book or in your wallet.
Waiting capital is still your capital.
A swap that can be seen before it lands can be traded against.
Public research on Solana MEV says memecoin traders are especially exposed to sandwich attacks, and traces much of that sandwiching to a private mempool.
SHROWD is not MEV protection.
MEV protection hides a swap until it lands. Then its price and size are public.
SHROWD takes the large order out of that line of sight.
Sealed in the browser. Crossed in a batch. Settled in one transaction.
An order that does not fill keeps its limit price and size sealed.
We start where being seen costs the most: block-size spot orders, the kind memecoin whales and OTC desks place.
Their orders have the most to lose to being seen.
The ceiling is bigger than one app: the sealed crossing layer wallets and trading apps route block orders through, the way they route swaps to aggregators today.
What happens when a market's largest orders stop being its most visible ones?
The first SHROWD receipt on Solana mainnet has printed.
SHROWD/SOL, batch 0.
Two sealed orders met on price: 45,000 SHROWD against 0.008865 SOL.
It was a partial fill. The 22,500 SHROWD the cross did not use was refunded from escrow to its owner.
The program settled both legs out of escrow in one transaction.
The same transaction paid the service fee into the fee vault: 8,864 lamports of wrapped SOL, 0.05% from each side.
Neither side's exact limit price was readable outside the browser that sealed it.
Open the transaction and read both legs and the fee yourself.

Listing now.
PENGU/SOL, CATE/SOL and BTC/SOL (Big Titty Coin) are set up on the SHROWD matching program, each order book initialized inside Arcium MPC.
They show in the app next.
Mints and market addresses go up here in full when they do.
Until then, take no mint from replies or DMs.

@thecommonerrr that's the idea. the fee is only charged on filled crosses, and you can watch it land in the fee vault on chain: https://t.co/256TNNnKkO
@thecommonerrr small correction: SHROWD isn't MEV infra, bundles or staking. it's a trading venue: limit price and size sealed in your browser, matching orders crossed each batch inside Arcium MPC, each fill settled in one tx.
