@Tamarawearne @SydneyMetro Thanks for asking Tamara. I am still sore. The only staff I saw was on the train, as he asked us to evacuate. The door shut behind me while I pulled myself out. There was absolutely nobody to assist at Macquarie Park not sure how the situation was at other stations.

It was horrendous this morning. While Sydney Metro was trying to live mix a dance track sample using their doors I have injured my shoulder. A staff member asked us to evacuate and while I was getting off the train the door shut on me without any announcements. @SydneyMetro

@SydneyMetro I can understand there can be technical glitches on and off. But the door shutting is very dangerous as we had young passengers on the train. It is really unsafe if we have the door closing when people are getting off the train and not being alerted. You owe us an explanation.

@SydneyMetro I injured my shoulder when the door shut on me without any announcement at Macquarie Park Station. Your staff asked us to evacuate and while we were half way out, the door just shut. I happened to be at that very point where the door squashed my shoulder and I pulled myself out.
