Worst IVR options @airtelindia my wifi got disconnected in December nobody came to pickup the router and no refund received. When trying to contact customer support it’s asking account detail which it’s saying invalid and disconnecting the call automatically. No way to connect!

Found a big flaw with @ETMONEY once bank account added cannot be deleted and withdrawal funds goes to 1st account added. Now my funds are stuck as 1st account is inactive and no option to move move funds to 2nd account. No help from dev team. Too disappointed!
