@VoltasBeko It is highly frustrating that a replaced refrigerator has again stopped cooling .... the fresh piece broke down in less than 6 months.... the replaced one did not work for a year .... toll-free number doesn't respond ... how to get the issue resolved

@VoltasBeko @myvoltas inspite of continuous mail and messages, no one reverts its been a month and my fridge replacement is still pending. The authorities don't receive calls . Hopeless service.

@VoltasBeko Highly annoying experience with voltas beko . The refrigerator got faulty within 6 months of purchase . I registered a complaint on 22nd September.the fridge was supposed to be replaced but today it is 31st October no action has been taken.highly unprofessional
