@amazon my friend called for an oil heater from amazon, and got a table fan instead. And after returning the product, it has been a month, and yet no refund. And they kept asking to follow up again, and today they asked me to, and this is what they did.

@amazonIN My friend received a wrong product on amazon, instead of an oil heater they gave a fan, and after constantly following up, they took almost a month with this. And now they said on Saturday contact us and we will help. And this is what they have done.

@amazonIN I ordered for an oil heater for 10k from amazon india. And due to shifting I could have open it, so the return window is gone. And now that I have opened it they have given me a 2k fan instead of heater. Customer care is of no use. My trust is amazon is shaken.
