@Elizaaxx3 @FLDEO I have had the exact same issue with my son - Florida resident. I’m in California trying to help him and appalled at the nonsense going on there - no $ since March for my son b/c of locked acct and needing verification. Why? He was already receiving benefits/verified previously!

@FLDEO This does NOT help. My son has been online and calling since March, but his acct is locked and they’ve been unable to verify his identity. It’s been 3 months and NO ONE has gotten back to him. How can he get some help from a real live person. He tries to call/go online EVERYDAY

@FLDEO Calling or going online is NO HELP since there is no call back option and the call promptly hangs up. My son has not received unemployment since March, and his account is locked. There is absolutely no way it should take 3 months to unlock his acct/verify fraud activity

@FLDEO Since March, my son’s unemployment ID has been locked and he has been unsuccessful at getting ANY assistance. He was told he is a victim of fraud and they are working on it, and that so@Wine would get back to him, HOWEVER, it is now June 10th, and still no contact.
