@50shadesofNeon @JabongIndia I am also having the same problem received 4 out of 6 products and one which I have not ordered..am following it up since last 20 days..everytime they promise me that they will come back within 48 hours.

@sujatasaha87 @JabongIndia I hear you! It’s exactly same case. For my wrong item first they denied claim and then when I showed visually (see my timeline), then they acknowledged their mistake. Missing items they say they have “quality checks” so they claim they sent 6 items when I got only 4. Very upset!

@JabongIndia @sujatasaha87 Hi @sujatasaha87 - Have they resolved missing items issue? I have been following up since 15 days as is got only 4 out of 6 products. They are not helping. I thought I was unique case. Do let me know if something helps you get though to them. Thanks!
