@Uber_India what an amazing customer support system you have that no one can reach you. I've booked a trip, sat in the cab, gave the OTP n driver says there is no fuel. He is nowhere to be seen now. Neither is he cancelling. N I'm unable to cancel. What am I suppose to do?

@flyspicejet How could you consider rescheduling a flight by 24 hours? People don't operate on your schedule. Your customer care is incredibly disappointing. Instead of offering a solution, how can your customer service representative say that they can't do anything?

@ola_supports All my locality people saw him arguing for the extra money so I do have witnesses. I have also paid the airport parking fee twice at Ahmedabad airport coz no driver of yours accepts the ride until we pay the fee.

@ola_supports No, my concern has not been addressed yet. I've paid the toll fee, airport parking fee plus the invoice amount in cash to the driver. Coz your drivers don't accept the ride if we opt for online payment. So refund the extra amount that your driver charged.
