This is to report harassment by recovery agents of OneCard. I was abused and spoken to in extremely inappropriate language during a recovery call. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and violates RBI recovery guidelines.
I request immediate investigation

I informed the caller I wish to close my Yes Bank account through settlement as I’m clearing multiple liabilities. I asked for a fair settlement amount.
Instead of cooperating, the caller:
Quoted an unreasonably high settlement.
Threatened me to “speak now or I’ll call your contacts.”
Even named my personal contacts like Mr. Kanta Prasad & Mr. Krishna Kaveri.
