Terribly sad news! I listened to his talks, read his book such as Creative Schools and You, Your Child and School: Navigate Your Way to the Best Education. He had a great influence on my teaching. His legacy on creativity in education will live on. RIP Sir Ken Robinson.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce Sir Ken Robinson died peacefully yesterday, 21st August 2020, surrounded by family after a short battle with cancer.

We will be following up with a further update as we begin to follow Sir Ken’s wishes and honour his legacy.

I attended a great webinar on shell stability by Prof Hutchinson yesterday. It was a great talk, it reminded me of my weekly meetings on dynamics of shells with Prof Croll at UCL when I was his PhD student. Shell Mechanics is a fascinating topic, enjoy the recording.
