@drmncrald @RailwaySeva @DRM_DDU Pls leave it I will manage by myself at DDU station. Worst services by railway. They are only using PR on the name of rail Madad. Doing nothing. Train is delayed by 5 hours and packed by people till prayagraj.

@drmncrald @RailwaySeva बड़े दुख के साथ कहना पड़ रहा है की रेलवे से एक छोटे बच्चे के लिए गर्म पानी या दूध मांगा था वो भी इनके यहाँ से ये बोल कर मना कर दिया की ट्रेन में भीड़ है। जबकि पूरी ट्रेन ख़ाली पड़ा हुआ है। सबूत के तौर पर GPS वाली वीडियो डाल रहा हूँ।

@RailwaySeva @drmncrald ट्रेन में बच्चों के लिए दूध नहीं है। ना ही पानी मिल रहा है। वॉशरूम के अंदर भी लोग बैठें है। यही है विकसित भारत की ट्रेन। रात से सबको बोलने के बाद भी कोई नहीं आने को तैयार है।

ये किसी ट्रेन के जनरल कोच का डब्बा नहीं है। ये AC कोच का डब्बा है जिसको की लोगो ने जनरल से भी बदतर बना दिया है। कई कंप्लेंट करने के बाद भी किसी ने कुछ भी नहीं किया। कंप्लेन रीजाल्व भी हो गया।

.@excitel_rocks is the example of worst customer service and internet provider. Ia have raised the issue of internet speed 5 days ago which is not done but I have lost my connectivity from 3 days. No one is taking this serious.
