I have been to Isha yoga centre multiple times, also stayed there. From my personal experience I can say that #Sadhguru neither ecourages one to be heemitess nor a housholder. It is our wish to chose our individual path.
I have seen many married couples volunteering at the Isha Yoga Centre on a full time and part time basis. Even a number of marriages are conducted there on a daily basis.
One is not offered monkhood easily there...
