Your product page clearly shows ₹5,000 HDFC Credit Card discount, but when I proceed to the payment page, only ₹3,500 discount is being applied. That's a difference of ₹1,500.

I purchased a Livpure Water Purifier from Flipkart on 7 June, and it was installed on 9 June. From the very first day, I noticed an issue with the water quality. The TDS reading was around 90 ppm on Day 1, dropped to 65 ppm on Day 2, and further decreased to 32 ppm on Day 3.

policy is valid until 14 June. If the return policy is active until that date, why am I being denied the option to return the product?
I feel that customers are being misled by showing a return policy on the order page while not actually allowing returns when a genuine issue

@HDFCBank_Cares My purchase amount was ₹30,289, and I bought it under a No Cost EMI offer. However, when I pay my EMI, interest charges are being added. If it is a No Cost EMI, why am I being charged interest?
