"Grotesque" is gouging out a man’s eyes in front of his wife and children after making him watch as you cut off his wife's breasts and chop off his children's limbs.

"Grotesque" is decapitating a man with a garden hoe.

"Grotesque" is torturing and shooting innocent, loving animals.

"Grotesque" is breaking the pelvises of young girls when you rape them.

"Grotesque" is paragliding into a rave and killing hundreds of civilians, including a disabled young woman and her father, as he tries to shield her.

"Grotesque" is kidnapping Shoah survivors and peace advocates.

"Grotesque" is executing point blank in a Gaza tunnel young people whose lives were just beginning to keep them from being rescued.

"Grotesque" is supporting the monsters who committed these atrocities and withholding arms from those defending themselves.

Time Magazine put Joseph Goebbels on its cover — and praised the Nazis.

Just months after Hitler seized power, the American magazine featured the Nazi propaganda minister and described Adolf Hitler as a “vegetarian superman.” The article lauded how Nazi rule had “lifted the spirit of the German people” and openly noted that one of the regime’s most effective tactics was “explaining away all Germany’s defeats and trials in terms of the Jew.”

Goebbels’ own line — “The Jews are to blame!” — actually appeared on the front cover.

This was mainstream American media treating the rising Nazi regime with a mix of fascination and reluctant admiration — while the machinery of antisemitic propaganda was already in full gear.
