I am regular customer of @zomato, from lunch to dinner i ordered from @zomato... But resolution regarding to complain their @zomatocare service was very bad.. Even i complaint tomorrow morning but no one from their side contact me..Shame on you @zomato.. Give respect to customer

@zomato and @zomatocare is doing froud... First they delivered wrong food... When i refuse to take food from delivery boy.. One of the zomato customer excutive told me to take the food they will resolve issue in chat.Nd now they are not responding. Even i don't touch wrong items

@zomatocare This is your customer support via your @zomato app... I raised atleast 50 times my issue but AI customer support never transfer my issue to @zomatocare support... Even i m doing minium 700 rupees order daily sometimes it's more than 1k.. My breakfast to dinner via zomato
