I created a ticket on 16th July 
Service Request number SR00002EXVN4, this was closed without properly fixing the issue.

New request was created on 18th SR00002IF8IN

But Jio is not giving UPC message reply, they reply with “UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.” Please help

@JioCare My Internet is not working from last 2 days. i raised a ticket which showed engineer visit scheduled for 12th Aug, no one visited yesterday now it’s automatically rescheduled to 16th 

Please help to assign engineer on an earlier date and have this resolved.
