@UberINSupport … I seriously don’t understand how I have taken only 3 trips and have been charged some outstanding amount! And I don’t even use UBER!!! You don’t even have a customer support team to reach out through email or call! Why are you making life so difficult?

@UberINSupport I had booked an auto, one day in advance, but as usual your riders cancelled and I had to re-Book and took the auto, for which the estimate was ₹187. Once I reached the destination, I was asked to pay ₹623, as I had Pending dues. Kindly explain?

@jointcptraffic Respected Sir. I have been trying to seek help from TMC regarding Violations which were NOT COMMITTED by me, and Nobody is helping me here. I have 13 Fines in Yelahanka, which I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO in my vehicle. Asking for proof, they aren’t providing. PLEASE HELP

As recommended by you, I visited the TMC and as expected they weren’t able to help me, telling me that “I should’ve checked my fines before” and it’s not their mistake that they delete the Proof in 6 months. I was sweet, patient and everything… still.

@Torqoholic @blrcitytraffic Exactly!!!, how can proof not exist. We have 10 different options available for Payment of fines online, but not one concrete option to dispute the fine online… constantly requesting Bangalore city traffic police seems to be the only option 🙏🏼😕

@blrcitytraffic I have over 13 Signal Violations at Yelahanka Junction (spanning over 3 years) totalling Rs.5400, while my Two wheeler has NEVER BEEN TO YELAHANKA… never even Left MAHADEVPURA, where I reside. While checking for Digitab violations, there is NO PROOF. Kindly help!

If proof isn’t available, how can I verify if the details are incorrect. Request you to please look into this matter and provide me with any sort of help. People who have done wrong will go free, and innocent people will be punished. Please help 🙏🏼

@blrcitytraffic If the Proof is available in Police station, I will come and clarify, but how will it help me if there is no proof itself, it’s unfair that the vehicle hasn’t even been to the Area and still fined, for 3 years continuously.

@blrcitytraffic Sir, Details were checked before as well, and there was NO UPLOADING of images on the Vahaan Apps or anywhere on the Internet. When my Vehicle has NEVER BEEN TO YELAHANKA, I have been fined, and now WITHOUT ANY PROOF, I am being Forced to pay. Please help.

@blrcitytraffic Sir how can I prove I have never been to the Area? At least if there are Any Digitab Pictures of my vehicle, then it can be justified. There are Zero Digitab images of my Vehicle. What proof can be provided from my side, please let me know. Thank you.

@blrcitytraffic On asking a Traffic Policeman, they said IT IS COMPULSORY to pay, but how can I Pay the fines for Violating rules, when I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THE AREA WITH THE VEHICLE… Kindly help as I don’t want to pay without any mistake of mine!

@atherenergy … I spent 3.5K Rs extra just to make sure my payment goes out IMMEDIATELY! Through Credit card, only for your BRILLIANT TEAM to delay my Order for another week. FYI, they promised a call, AND NOT ONE CALL HAS BEEN MADE, from their side. 👍🏼🙏🏼😊
