Today my @airtelindia SIM stopped working. At the Airtel service point, I was told to pay ₹50 online to reactivate it.
But if my SIM isn't working, how am I supposed to make an online payment? My bank accounts and essential services are linked to this number.

I had no calls, SMS or mobile data. I literally had to use the service point's internet to WhatsApp-call a friend and ask them to pay ₹50 for me.
This made me think: why not create an offline solution for exactly this situation?

@jayantsinha @jayantsinha Sir, @Niva_Bupa is not refunding my amount which I canceled, I raised 10+ service requests to them but till now they haven't replied in the mail. Even today when I connected with their floor in charge she told me the company has some serious #financial crunch
