Waqf Boards get direct eviction power: The Board CEO can now order eviction of anyone occupying Waqf land and recover damages like government tax arrears. No long court process needed.

Waqf Tribunals become super-courts: Their decisions cannot be easily challenged in normal courts. They can fine people and enforce recovery immediately.

Total ban on selling or transferring Waqf land: No sale, gift or mortgage allowed without Board permission.

Boards can aggressively survey & claim land: State Waqf Boards got stronger powers to search, identify and reclaim properties across the state.

Central Waqf Council can boss State Boards: It can issue binding orders on surveys, audits and encroachment removal.
