@KLM @Delta - Stuck at AMS airport for 10 hours due to cancelled flight and now can't get a transit visa since the airlines did not book a new ticket. This is just ridiculous, we have a 1 year old baby with us yet no care or concern from anyone. Never going to fly you again!
