@morning_skate Nick should be charged with aggravated assault. Yes the drunk rushed him and for that he went for swim. However, when the drunk crawls out of the hazard Nick initiated a textbook assault… repeatedly. A bystander begs him to stop… repeatedly, then Nick assaults him as well.
