Association can pressurize management to revert us to old 9850 scale or give us personal pay equivalent to the difference amount of 9850 scale and 19020 scale to compensate our pay loss until our pay anomaly is resolved.

When E2 E3 was about to settle in 2012 cunning AIGETOA managed to detail by adding cascading and since 2k. They kep mum on presidential order for E1 degradation and supported it.
