@JioHotstar I had auto renewal for my hotstar subscription but my card got expired so I updated the payment details and authorisation fees was deducted but now the app doesn't show my subscription and asks me to upgrade to the new price. Is this a tatic to take new pricing plan ?

@JioCare@reliancejio I have ported my father's number to Jio using skyc feature which was completed yesterday. In the morning I got a sms to call the delivery guy and schedule an appointment. I have been trying call but the no but it is an invalid no. Kindly help and resolve
@JioCare@reliancejio It is almost a month and still the sim card is not delivered. Fucking worst service I have seen. Why the fuck this SKYC feature is enabled if field agent are asking to port through them and if refused then sim is not delivered. In the DMs, SR is raised is said but no resolution.

@IndiGo6E Hi Team, why does your new website and app does not have any options to redeem the 6E points via the co branded card. I'm trying since yesterday and it doesn't show anywhere. Old website and 6E reward section are redirecting to the new website.
