Both me and my son watch @beardmeatsfood religiously so he challenged me to eat in his words a "beard" sized steak AKA a rib of beef in 30 mins. I cooked it med/rare just a simple S.P.G seasoning but thought sod it and added cheese. 22mins 51seconds after plating I can't move
