@Grammar__Lady@chiefbacher Dr Jason Fung - how to fast. Sounds like you’re not quite fat adapted! You can:
•push the fasting muscle a bit more each attempt
•try upping fats for a few days before trying a longer fast (fat fast)
•salt help stay hydrated. I feel crummy if I’m not adequately salted 😎

@DrEenfeldt Butter is the main off switch for me; if I eat a burger or eggs or steak and still feel hungry, 1tbsp is all I need to top it off.
I can never overeat it.
Dry aged cheese, cottage cheese and yogurt / meh. Take or leave. Rare foods when no other options (party scenario).
