@Imani_Barbarin So I do a lot of these hip flexor stretches seated backwards in a chair, using the back of the chair to help pull the stretch or put more pressure. YMMV, but I can get almost as good a stretch with the chair as I used to be able to get without.

@joyxvalentine It really depends on how much you sink into the Show Conspiracies and trying to figure things out. Season 2 is very slow paced and there’s some major things that happened that fans are not OK with. Season 3 so far is a step up from Season 2 in all ways.

@ask_aubry In many states, including CA, you have to have your husband’s written permission to get a tubal. I know from experience. It’s humiliating to not be seen as a person bc you’re just the property of your spouse.
