It has been almost a since the last communcation rearding resolution on the proposal with @HDFCERGO. Despite repeated follow-ups there has been no response. Pathetic service.

I have been trying to obtain health insurance for my family, including my young child, from @HDFCERGOGIC After providing requested consent and sending several follow-up emails, the policy is still not issued. Really disappointing that my requests are simply ignored!

@irdaiindia@HDFCERGOGIC In India insurance is a joke. When paying taxes the rules are quite strict and enforced. But when it comes to services we are left on our own, no enforcement. Being a law abiding citizen, following the rules i cannot get my family insured since 5 months now!

@HDFCERGOGIC Yes, cheked and resend but after that it said rejected without giving reason. Yesterday I received a response stating the an obsolete reason from past. Basically you guys have made ZERO effort to actually go through the application. Pathetic service.
@EurekaForbes Pathetic service, extremely unprofessional and rude technician. After paying AMC they treat customer like trash.
Didn’t solve the issue, and falsely closed the service request as “door locked”
